The Patissier is a 4-week boot camp in the world of pastry.  We will cover tarts & pies; puffs, fluffs, & choux’s; cakes & tortes; and finishing with multiple layers, sweet and savory.  Come join us for this intense but fun experience.(Meets in W3, 302)

Spring Quarter (4 weeks)

Thur May 11 (10am-1pm)
Tuition: $165

Materials cost of $75 per student covers fresh foods used in class every week, payable to instructor at first class.
