INTERNATIONAL CUISINES

All Skill Levels, Ages 16 and up

This 6-week class will expose you to cuisines and cooking techniques from around the world.  Each week you will become immersed in the scents and flavors of the region.  You will travel to Western Mediterranean (Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Morocco, and Algeria); Eastern Mediterranean (Greece, Turkey, Egypt, and Libya); Northern Europe (Finland, Norway, Sweden, Germany, Poland, and the Baltics); India & Africa; Asia (Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese, and Korean); The Americas & The Caribbean.


Spring Quarter (6 weeks)

Tue April 11 (10am-1pm)
No Class on May 9.
Tuition: $215

Materials cost of $100 per student covers fresh foods used in class every week, payable to instructor at first class.
