All Skill Levels, ages 8-14
Pre-requisite: Student must have attended Junior Chef Level 3
Instructor: Chef Erin Clarke

The final in the junior chef series.  Students will learn more about global cuisines, plate presentation, menu planning, and have Grande Buffet event for family and friends. (Meets in W3, 302)

Materials cost of $60 per student covers fresh foods used in class every week, payable to instructor at first clas
