Junior chefs go beyond what we have learned in levels 1 and 2.  We will learn more advanced techniques and flavor combinations. (Meets in W3, 302)

Winter Quarter (1 day workshop) 
Fri March 10 (5:30pm-7:30pm) 
Tuition: $45
Materials cost of $25 per student covers fresh foods used in class, payable to instructor.
