Balsamic Vinegar and Olive Oil, it is the start for salad dressing.  All are not created equal.  Olive oils range in color, fruitiness, and earthiness.  Balsamic vinegars are rich, syrupy, tangy, and complex.  Expose your taste buds to these dynamic duos. (Meets in W3, 302)

(Materials cost of $25 per student covers fresh foods used in class, payable to instructor at class.)
