You may not be surprised to learn that chocolate’s botanical name, Theobroma cacao, means “food of the gods.” A heavenly food indeed, with its velvety-smooth mouthfeel and rich, intense flavor.  Nothing compares.  Become a true “CHOCOHOLIC”!!! (Meets in W3, 302)

(Materials cost of $25 per student covers fresh foods used in class, payable to instructor at class.)
